My training is really beginning to step up now.  I am doing intense gym sessions and at least one trek with a weighted pack each week, but feeling fitter each time.  Preparations are hotting up a pace, I now have all my kit including prescription goggles and glasses, which Specsavers have kindly sponsored and I have booked my hotel in Punta Arenas for the stopover in Southern Chile before transfer to Antarctica.

The media interest continues and I am scheduled to do a live interview on the Roy Noble Show, Radio Wales, on Friday 9th December at 4pm.  Further interviews are being organised and I hope that these will continue to highlight my trek and particular the fundraising for the Teenage Cancer Trust.  Donations are continuously coming in and all monies raised will go towards the cause to help children who are suffering from Cancer.

I would like thank Andy Lee of Red River Creative and Pamela Joseph who have done so much to help me promote this endeavour, they have given up much of their time to help.

There will be more news next week after a hard weekend of training.

There are no responses so far.
